WORKSHOP ON LABOR LAW IN THE DIGITAL WORLD

Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Director of ING LAW & CoGen HR, Management Academy and Consulting Group, and Member of the EuroCham Board of Directors, was invited to attend a workshop on legal work in the digital world: remote work cases and technology nursery work on November 16, 2023.

The workshop was held at the Ministry, organized by the National Institute of Labour of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training in collaboration with the French Centre for Legal Cooperation at the Royal University of Law and Economics and the University of Lyon II (Lumière Lyon II) in France, in order to exchange experiences and share the joint research results of the Cambodian and French research teams in the project called Tonle Sap (PHC Tonlé Sap) related to the legal framework of remote work and nursery workers and current technology.
