Trust Regulator Launches 8th Training and Qualifying Examination for approved persons

Phnom Penh, February 3, 2026 - The Trust Regulator launched its 8th Training and Qualifying Examination for Approved Persons and CPE at the Business Development Center. Mr. CHHEAV Narath, Managing Partner of ING LAW, Management Academy and Consulting Group, and EuroCham Chairman of the HR Committee, joined the event, reflecting the strong engagement of private sector leaders in advancing professional standards within Cambodia’s trust industry. 

H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of TR, opened the three-day program alongside colleagues. This year’s training brought together 148 participants from companies, individuals aiming to enter the trust sector, and members of the public. The program runs until February 5 and highlights the growing importance of trust services in the country’s financial landscape.
