The Obligation to Update the List of Eployees in the LACMS System

That are Within The Scope of The Labor Law

Subject: The obligation to update the list of workers and employees in enterprises, companies, and factories in the LACMS system.

Reference:    - Labour Law

- Prakas No. 110/25 dated May 5, 2025 regarding the announcement of the opening and shutting of enterprises and establishments.

- Instruction No. 136/25 dated August 13, 2025, on cooperation in providing information on job opportunities to Cambodian workers who have recently returned from Thailand.

As stated in the subject and reference above, I would like to inform you that enterprises, companies, and factories that are within the scope of the Labor Law are required to update the "List of Updated Workers in Enterprises, Companies, Factories" to the Ministry every 2 (two) weeks, entering the Labor Centralized Management System (LACMS) through the website: https://lacms.mlvt.gov.kh

At the same time, you must enter information on labor requirements into the LACMS system. If you have any questions, please call the free hotline No. 1286 or scan the QR code of the Telegram group "For Employers" attached below.

If the obligation to update the "List of Updated Workers in Enterprises, Companies, Factories" is not met by the above deadline, the owner or director of the enterprise, company, or factory may face fines and action from the labor inspector in accordance with the applicable law.
