Notification No.025 on Stamp Duty Exemption and Concession  

សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង លេខ០២៥ ស្តីពីការលើកលែងនិងអនុគ្រោះពន្ធប្រថាប់ត្រាលើការផ្ទេរកម្មសិទ្ធិ ឬសិទ្ធិកាន់កាប់អចលនទ្រព្យ សម្រាប់អ្នកទិញលំនៅឋាន និង/ឬ ផ្ទេរកម្មសិទ្ធិជាលើកដំបូង (First-Time Home Buyer ) ដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ។

Notification No.025 on Stamp Duty Exemption and Concession on Transfer of Ownership or Possession of Real Estate for First-Time Home Buyers and/or Transferees (First-Time Home Buyers) to be Implemented from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025 .
